He is the Managing Member at the Los Angeles office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, PC. His practice includes antitrust and intellectual property counseling and litigation, as well as complex commercial and business litigation.
Saferstein co-teaches The Law of Advertising and the First Amendment at UCLA.
He received his B.A at UC Berkeley, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his LL.B. from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, serving as executive editor of the Harvard Law Review.
