Holger Schubert's House

Los Angeles, California (CA), US
Holger Schubert is an architect who created a living room that doubled as a parking garage for his prized Ferrari 512 BBi “Boxer.”

That quirky feature in the product designer’s Brentwood home at 717 N. Tigertail Road caused a stir more than seven years ago when he built a 10-foot bridge connecting his third-story living room to North Tigertail Road – making it easier to drive his Ferrari into its dedicated parking spot.

He sold the home for roughly $20M. It is now being developed into a 30k sq. ft. mansion in 2020.

The home was formerly owned by Richard "Sandy" Bredin, an airline pilot.
