Jack Simon is an entrepreneur who founded Expo-Tech Electrical & Plumbing Services, which provided all of the electrical services for the entire 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. He later sold his company to GES. Simon and his wife, Marcy later owned Commercial Casino and Stockmen's Hotel & Casino in Elko, NV, which they sold in 2005.
