James H. Greene is an Advisory Partner with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR), one of the largest and most innovative private equity firms in the world. At KKR, he has been involved in numerous investments including Accuride, Aricent, Avago Technologies, Capital Safety Group, Capsugel, Intermedia Communications, NuVox (NewSouth Communications), Owens-Illinois, Randall's Food Markets, RELTEC, RJR Nabisco, Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, Stop & Shop Companies, Sun Microsystems, SunGard Data Systems, TASC, Tenovis, and Zhone Technologies. He is currently on the boards of directors of Aricent, Capital Safety Group, Capsugel, SunGard Data Systems, and TASC. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Greene was a Vice President of Bankers Trust Company in Los Angeles where he was involved in large corporate lending, management buyout financings and other merger & acquisition transactions.
