'Jencks Barracks' by Jack Phillips
Three of Phillips' surplus World War II barracks combined to create a seaside home for architectural theorist and landscape architect Charles Jencks.
Apparently, the first location was closer to the sea but has been moved back twice. The first well he dug is 100 yds out to sea.
