Billionaire hedgefunder Ken Griffin has amassed this assembly of over 13 acres of prime Palm Beach oceanfront property at a cost of over $250M. He has torn down the existing properties with plans to build a single residence. Construction had begun in 2017, with plans for the home to be larger than a football field, only to be halted, apparently with new plans for the home under way.
