On Saturday 23rd March 2024 at 11:19 UTC, Fred DL8DXL, a radio amateur from Germany made contact with Paul DL6FBK/P, a radio amateur from Germany who was operating from the Knüll Nature Park (DLFF-0930) on the 60m amateur radio band.

Knüll Nature Park (DLFF-0930), is a protected area of over 80, 000 hectares located in northern Hesse north east of Neukirchen in the Schwalm-Eder district of Hesse, Germany. It became a Nature Park in 2021. Part of the park (26,957 hectares) was designated as a Special Protection Area (Birds Directive) in 2004 and is part of the Natura 2000 network.
