On Saturday 27th August 2022, Leszek OM/SQ9MDF/P a radio amateur from Poland reached the summit of Kresanica and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 86 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF and the 40 and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
