Le Mirage, also known as Campo Allegre, is the largest legal brothel in the Caribbean. Located in Curacao, a constituent country of the Netherlands, which has legalized prostitution, the brothel has operated since 1949. The prostitutes live in former army barracks, between 150-300 at a time, and only foreigners are allowed to work on 3-month work visas.
