On Sunday 7th August 2022 Colwyn F/M0YCJ/P a radio amateur from Scotland reached the summit of Le Rossberg and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 20 contacts in total working on the 20 metre HF amateur radio band.
