On Saturday 2nd July 2022 Dusan E7/YU4MNO/P a radio amateur from Serbia reached the summit of Ledenice and became the first to activate this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 20 contacts in total working on the 40 metre HF amateur radio band.

The summit of Ledenice is 1964 metres (6444 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA groups database.
