Magic Bus (Location of "Into the Wild" movie set)

Cantwell, Alaska (AK), US
This is the place at Jack River where the "Magic Bus" scene from "Into the Wild" starring Emile Hirsch was filmed. A replica buses was made for the film which was used in Alaska near a village called of Cantwell. This is the location where most of the footage of Chris in Alaska was filmed. So it was actually not shot on the Stampede Trail because the location of the original Magic Bus was too remote.
