From 1890-1992, Mail Pouch Tobacco advertised their product by painting thousands of barns with their message. Although they were paid a few dollars, many farmers agreed to the arrangement for the free coat of paint to preserve their barns.
According to ohiobarns.com, this barn was recently destroyed in a storm.
Update - Street View now shows a plain new barn built in it's place.
