Menhir (Standing Stone)

Menhir (Standing Stone)

Incheon, Republic of Korea (KR)
Located just a few metres away from an impressive Neolithic dolmen stands another ancient structure. A single menhir (standing stone) stands within a small fenced-off area in the middle of the pathway that leads up to the dolmen. The way the stone is sitting suggests it could be a support stone from another dolmen as this area of South Korea is known for having many dolmens within the area.
