A privately owned house that is part of the Montauk Association Historic District, at Ditch Plains, Long Island. This house is one of the two houses that is closest to the beach, among the seven houses that comprise the district.
The Montauk Association is useful only as a name for the district, as the orginization itself no longer exists.
The most famous house in the district is Tick Hall, owned by Dick Cavett.
