On Saturday 2nd July 2022 Eric KG6MZS a radio amateur from Topanga, CA reached the summit of Navajo Point and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 14 contacts in total working on the 40 and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
