'New Ash Green' by Eric Lyons and Span
An ambitious project by the development company Span . They planned to have 450 houses supported by the Greater London Council (GLC). Although many buildings were completed by Lyons, the project ultimately fell apart and the GLC backed out followed by Lyons.
