No, this isn't some special anti-hooning unit car deployed by CPD, but rather a self-proclaimed vigilante who really wants to protect whatever takeovers this Z-Car bursts into. That bullbar isn't fooling anyone with its blacked-out trim, giant wing and rear window louvres! I wonder what did the cop behind it thought of it, and there seem to be different copycat cars around the area, if this isn't the same one...
