Nursultan Nazarbayev's mansion complex in Almaty.

This is the massive Mansion complex of the first (and now former) president of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev.

140 hectares (338 acers) of land were allocated back in 2011 to Nazarbayev though unknown means (likely carved out of the land allocation for the nearby recreational part that was built a few years prior).

the entire area that is outlined in red in the thumbnail is surrounded by high concreate walls, seemingly endless rows of trees and and is piecemealed into several sections which he has allocated to many close members of his family complete with Helipads, summer pavilions, and a children's playground. Some plots are yet to be Developed.

The Land registry records list Nursultan, his three daughters and two unknown women as the official owners of the expansive plot of land. as mentioned before, the land is divided into several sections with luxury properties for each.

Even his nephew, Kairat Satybaldy owns a large plot adjacent to Vast compound. the land records list His wife as the owner. This plot also features a massive Mansion but as well as at least 15 separate plots of land that are being prepared for development
