RWE Dea AG, headquartered in Hamburg, conducts international exploration for natural gas and crude oil.
Also many fuel stations in germany are owned by DEA

DEA is a brand of RWE Power AG and the DEA fuel station's have this logo. here is a picture of one:

Sorry, i forgot that Shell adopted the 50% shares of Shell & DEA Oil from the RWE Power AG in 2003. So dda is right that it is an old logo.
