Dr. Newton Howard is Professor of Computational Neurology and Functional Neurosurgery at the University of Oxford and Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences at John Radcliffe Hospital. Prof. Howard is also the Founder and Director of the Oxford Computational Neuroscience Lab.

Howard has been in a long-time fight with the city over these Transformer statues outside of his home in the Georgetown neighborhood.
