I was a inmate in sci laurel highlands from dec 2009 -march 2012. And when I was there they were starting to build a new block which is now I block. In the process of building these blocks they were finding people's graves. Meaning bodies in caskets. They found these bodies while digging up the ground for the foundation of the building. Now what I witness them do with these bodies was disturbing. I was housed on b block on BD on the east side and it's all windows on this block and the view from my bunk looking right where they are building. They would wait until the wee Hours of the morning and just dump these bodies into dumpsters. How can they do that. Domt they have to try and contact the family. And if not found place them somewhere else properly. Not just put them in dumpsters like trash.
