Norment is a partner at Platinum Equity, a large private equity firm in Beverly Hills.

He is a member of Platinum's Investment Committee and is a senior advisor on specific operational initiatives throughout the portfolio. He is also the senior executive responsible for evaluating acquisition opportunities and integrating new acquisitions into the portfolio.
