This is the "Piccadilly Lilly," B-17 44-83684 currently undergoing restoration at Chino's Planes of Fame Museum with with intention of returning her to flying status.

Extensive footage of this plane can be seen in the 12 O'Clock High TV series, episode "Follow The Leader" originally aired in 1965, and most likely in many other episodes.
