On Friday 1st July 2022 Alexander N7SM a radio amateur from Pasco, WA reached the summit of Pikes Peak and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 21 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
