This is a municipal pool and I suspect used by Senegalese practicing for Olympic competition. Not sure of its exact name... it might simply be Piscine Olympique, what it seems to be called quite frequently. It is fairly new. It's located in "l'oeuf" in Point E. "L'oeuf" looks like a park to me, with tennis and landscaping and playing fields... but I can't find a park name at all.
