RAF Woodvale

RAF Woodvale is the RAF’s only active airfield in Lancashire and was originally built as a fighter airfield for the defence of Merseyside following the winter 1940-41 raids. It is currently used by Liverpool University Air Squadron, Manchester & Salford University Air Squadron, No 10 Air Experience Flight, No 611 (Woodvale) squadron ATC, HQ Merseyside Air Wing ATC, Woodvale Aviation Co and the West Lancs Aero Club.

There was a Meteor T.7 (WA591) in the 1980s which has since been under restoration to airworthy condition by The Meteor Flight at Yatesbury:

I think it gets into someone's database and sticks. I usually set the comments to off for a while until it gets kicked out of the spammers database.
