Raymond Anthony Lewis, Jr. (born May 15, 1975) is a retired NFL middle linebacker. Lewis is considered one of the best linebackers of all time. He was selected to 13 Pro Bowls, All-Pro 10 times, two time NFL Defensive Player of the Year (2000 & 2003) and two time Super Bowl winner (2000 & 2012). What can't be accounted for was Lewis' leadership, inspiration and example in the locker room and on the field. Ray's is also known for his possible involvement in a murder in which he was later given 12 months probation.
