This Is the work-in-progress palace owned by Billionaire business man and Oligarch, Rinat Leonidovych Akhmetov. It is Located just northwest of the Village of Pluty

He is a man of many hats, but most of his money comes his 100% ownership of System Capital Management, a major Ukrainian Financial Holding company. The Company was established in the City of Donetsk in 2000 and since the events of the winter of 2014, has moved its headquarters to the capital City of Kyiv. Rinat is consistently ranked as the wealthiest man in Ukraine with a Forbes Net worth of an estimated 7.5Bn.

Rinat while being a member of Ukraine Verkhovna Rada (parliament), has been involved in a number of controversies and has been accused of being involved in organized crime. He has a team of tenacious lawyers and PR agents that have successfully fought of any accusations and charges laid against him.

He owns a number of other extravagant mansions including the most expensive apartment in London at the exclusive One Hyde Park neighborhood and The largest home in Donetsk (also featured on this website).
