Robert Pattenson, the English actor best known for portraying Edward Cullen, the bad boy vampire in the brooding teen drama Twilight, based on the best selling book series of the same name "Twilight", based on the best-selling book series by author Stephenie Meyer, as a multi million dollar success selling books and later launching a blockbuster film series. Pattenson would reprise this twice earning him a fortune.

Pattenson bought this house for $2,176,500. Set privately down a long, gated red brick driveway, the single-story hacienda-style casa has just two bedrooms and two bathrooms and comes in at 1,940-square feet, as per listing details. The property modest in scale and significantly less pricey than his other homes. Pattinson's former residence in Los Feliz, which he sold to actor Jim Parsons, is also featured on this site.

Robert Pattinson earned $100 Million making nearly $25 Million for the later Twilight movies. On the final two Twilight movies, Pattinson was given a piece of the backend revenues generated. With ticket sales accounted for, his salary for each movie was nearly $40 million. Not a bad net earnings, for a film he didn’t want to do. Pattinson was also well known for playing a minor roll in the Harry Potter franchise. Though Pattinson seems to be moving toward more serious films and intense roles, he certainly has the potential to grow into a major star. Rumor has it he may even become Batman.
