Rock Springs–Sweetwater County Airport (IATA: RKS, ICAO: KRKS, FAA LID: RKS) is a public use airport located seven nautical miles (8 mi, 13 km) east of the central business district of Rock Springs, a city in Sweetwater County, Wyoming, United States. It is owned by the city and county. The airport is mainly used for general aviation, but is also served by two commercial airlines. Scheduled passenger service at Rock Springs was formerly subsidized by the Essential Air Service program.
