Since 1990 ACG has provided architectural and engineering consulting services to banks, law firms and private investors throughout the Midwestern United States. ACG has also been a team member on private and government projects with budgets exceeding $100 million dollars.
Services include but are not limited to: bank & court receivership, forensic and due diligence evaluations, code studies, sworn statement approvals, document & budget evaluations, progress & field reports, feasibility studies and owners representative duties. Project types have included: historical renovations, industrial redevelopments, mid/high rise building conversions, laboratory buildings, loft conversions, public schools and commercial rehabs. As the representative of numerous Chicago area lenders ACG approves up to $500 million annually in contractor payout requests. ACG also provides traditional architectural services including: design, planning, production of construction documents, contracts, land planning, corporate interior design and construction management.
