This is the Mega mansion of Stunning Russian Pop singer Natalya Ilinichna Ionova, Or more commonly known by her stage name "Gulkoza".

I don't know much about the construction of the mansion, but in typical Russian fashion, it is very unique and extravagant. It sits on an area of about 35 acres. Has a unique looking underground garden area. the property dwarfs anything else in the area.

Gulkoza has grown popularity among Russians and Russian speakers. in 2005 she released one of her songs in English, Schweine.

In 2020 she was banned from Ukraine because she performed in Crimea while the region was under occupation from Russian forces.
