My guess is they are both SAABS. The one with the conards I believe is a SAAB JAS 39 Gripen:

It is a Drakken & a Gripen. The leading edge of the wing overlaps the cannard more on the Kfir than on the Gripen.

im sure its a kfir. the nose is very Mirage like, and I am 100% sure that the US Military has some sort of dissimilar combat training using a Kfir or two.

also if you look at the shadow, it resembles a kfir more than a gripen.

finally, the gripen are some of the top aircraft the swedes have to offer today, and if that was the case, why would they be selling them to us...
