This is one of two properties that the Iraqi dictator owned in the Cote D’Azur along with another villa in Grasse. The property sits on billionaire's row in Cannes, overlooking the bay. It was abandoned and empty for many years, with everything of value being looted from inside and out. Now owned by the IRAQ government, the Council of Ministers decided to give the authority to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to rent the house and to use the rent for maintenance.
