Scott's Hot Tamales dates back to around 1950 when Aaron and Elizabeth Scott received a tamale recipe from a Mexican gentleman. Years later the stand in run by the Scott's grandchildren. The tamales are described as "award-winning... made with beef brisket, cornmeal and secret seasoning. The tamales are individually wrapped by hand in corn shucks."
