On Friday 29th and Saturday 30th March 2024, Stuart VK7FADZ, a radio amateur from the island of Tasmania, Australia reached the summit of Stacks Bluff and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 16 contacts in total working on the 40m amateur radio band.
