Their wingspans are only slightly larger than 10' wide and their fuselages are about 15' in length. My guess is they are some kind of remote controlled drone.

Could be drones, on the other hand, the North Koreans are famous for infiltrating operatives into the South. Perhaps they are cude single passenger spy planes?
Probably target drones for anti-aircraft gunnery training.

Well looking at them a bit closer they are actually full sized aircraft with near 40 ft wing spans but the hilarious thing is if you examine their shadows closely they are biplanes
The miniature planes are no longer visibile. They were in the area that has the strange discoloration at the very end of the tarmac.
