On Thursday 28th March 2024 at 18:34 UTC, Danny ON4VT, a radio amateur from Belgium made contact with Don AC7P, a radio amateur from New Braunfels, TX who was operating from the Taum Sauk Mountain State Park (KFF-1788) on the 15m amateur radio band.
The Taum Sauk Mountain State Park (KFF-1788) is located in the St. Francois Mountains in the Ozarks, Missouri.
Don was at the summit of Taum Sauk Mountain (540 metres asl) while he was at the park and made a total of 38 contacts for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
