One of the interred is Major Valentine Fleming (17. February 1882 - 20. May 1917), father of Ian Fleming who wrote the James Bond 007 novels. His grave is in the 4th row from the left, number 8 from above (Section II, row E, grave 40). He was killed at Gillemont Farm NE of Templeux-le-Guerard.
