The Siegfried Line, as called by the Western Allies, Westwall in German, was a military defense system distributed over about 630 km along the western border of the German Reich. It consisted of over 18,000 bunkers , tunnels and countless trenches and anti-tank barriers existed.

This is a remaining section of the line of anti-tank barriers.
