Turkish President Erdoğan's New $750M Presidential Palace "Ak Saray"

Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is constructing a new presidential palace called Ak Saray (White Palace). So far $615M has been spent building the 1,000 room, 3,200,000+ square foot palace, and another $135M has been allotted to be spent in the next year. With it's completion in October 2014, it surpassed the Sultan of Brunei's Istana Nurul Iman palace as the largest presidential palace in the world, which held the title since 1984.
