Ury House

Ury House

Stonehaven, United Kingdom (GB)
Ury House is a large ruined mansion in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. The mansion was built as an Elizabethan style mansion in 1885.

What's left today:
Most the manson remains today, but the roof has since long gone. The mansion is considered dangerous and explorers are warned not to enter as there is a high risk of the structure collapsing. Throughout the latest years there have been plans of restoring the mansion to its former glory. In March 2007 it was planned to build a golf and leisure complex on the site and use the mansion as the golf club's building, but this was abandoned in October 2007.
