Usina Hidrelétrica Barra do Braúna

The Barra do Braúna Hydroelectric Power Plant is a Brazilian hydroelectric plant located in the state of Minas Gerais.

The plant is installed on the Pomba River, 60 km from its mouth on the Paraíba do Sul River. The dam is located between the municipalities of Laranjal and Recreio, but the reservoir formed by it also extends through the municipalities of Leopoldina and Cataguases. It is operated by the company Barra do Braúna Energética S.A.
