The Amador Aguiar Energy Complex is a set of energy generating plants, named after the founder of Banco Bradesco. It is located on the Araguari River, between the municipalities of Uberlândia and Araguari in Minas Gerais. The complex includes the Amador Aguiar I Hydroelectric Power Plant — formerly known as the Capim Branco I Hydroelectric Power Plant, which began operating on January 31, 2006 — and the Amador Aguiar II Hydroelectric Power Plant — formerly known as the Capim Branco II Hydroelectric Power Plant, which began operating in December 15, 2006.
