On Saturday 30th September 2023, Rudy 9A3R/P, a radio amateur from Croatia, reached the summit of Viševica and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.
He made 66 contacts in total working on the 40m, 30m, 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m, 10m and 6m amateur radio bands.
The summit of Viševica is 1428 metres (4685 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
