Villa Sellgren is the newly renovated holiday estate of Russian president Vladimir Putin.
Originally built in 1913, before the Russian Revolution, the 16,150 sqft property now includes a gold-plated indoor swimming pool, steam sauna, and billiards room.
Officially, the property is owned by Oleg Rudnov, a close friend of Putin, but locals are confident that the home is, or at least will soon be, added to Putin's vast real estate portfolio.
The property is surrounded by over 3 miles of fencing, the beach has special radar to protect against "enemy divers" getting too close, a helicopter pad has been installed, and has full time Russian Federal Protection Service officers preventing access. Neighbors report internet access being blocked since renovation was completed.
