On Tuesday 1st November 2022, David KJ7QPD, a radio amateur from Tucson, AZ reached the summit of Webb Peak and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 22 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF 60, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15 and 12 metre HF amateur radio bands.
