'Wittstein Miller House' by Horace Gifford
Gifford's first commission, originally slated for Andrew Geller. This house started Gifford's Fire Island housing design career.
Renovation and enlargement of the house by Michael Kinlaw, GM of Edward Durell Stone's firm, in 1990. He lived here until his death in 1995.
