Need Help with Live Local

Hello, I have been a member of this site for a month now and I've only been submitting Street Views. I want to submit Live Local maps now but I don't know how since it's not in the FAQs. I'm having trouble finding a link with the URL from the map to put on here. Can someone please help me?

Okay never mind. I can't do it. I've done exactly what the tutorial said. I found the coordinates from the LL map and pasted them in the link for the BEV map, replacing the cp= sign
This is what showed up:
Error with the url: http://maps.live.com/default.aspx?v=2&am...1&encType=1
The URL must have the latitude and longitude information encoded in it.
The coordinates were 39.977409~-75.206727
Please help me

Leave the letters 'cp=' intact.
Delete only the gibberish that follows 'cp='. "qnwmb68qzgvy"
Paste in the numerical coordinates from the aerial or map URL right after 'cp='. "39.977409~-75.206727"
Copy the full URL you just made and paste it into your browswers address bar. You should get a BEV map.
Just remove the gibberish and replace it with the numerical coordinates.
It should look like this cp=39.977409~-75.206727

...and be sure to leave the & symbol. Think of that as the comma between fields. Only replace the junk between cp= and & leaving both cp= and &.

Note: there is now no need to remove the cp=qnwmb68qzgvy characters when submitting Live Local maps. VGT will automatically convert these into coordinates.
